Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every product and service purchased from Athliva Coaching.

If something does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address the situation in a fair and timely manner.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (One-Time Digital Purchases)
For eligible one-time purchases of digital products and programs, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

If, within 14 days from the date your digital product or service is delivered or made accessible, you believe it does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly. While optional feedback may be requested to help us improve our offerings, providing a reason is not required to qualify for a refund.

This satisfaction guarantee applies only to properly delivered digital products and services. It does not apply to access issues caused by failure to complete required intake forms, incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, or user-side technical limitations.

2. Digital Products and Access Issues
All products offered by Athliva Coaching are delivered digitally, either immediately after purchase or after completion of a required form and internal processing.

If you experience issues such as:

  • not receiving access instructions or delivery emails,
  • difficulty opening or viewing files,
  • incomplete or corrupted downloads,
  • delayed delivery due to pending form submission,

please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, your purchase remains covered by the applicable satisfaction guarantee.

Approved digital refunds are issued for the product price paid, excluding any non-recoverable payment or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers, where applicable.

3. Personalized Digital Plans
Certain offerings include customized digital plans created based on user-submitted information.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:

  • delivery occurs after form completion and internal review,
  • delivery is not instantaneous,
  • content is tailored specifically to your inputs.

Refund requests for personalized plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once a customized plan has been created and delivered, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to the personalized nature of the service, unless otherwise required by law or unless delivery or access issues could not be resolved.

4. Subscription Services
For subscription-based or recurring-access services:

  • you may cancel your subscription at any time,
  • cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period,
  • charges already processed are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us promptly and we will review the matter without delay.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include “Refund Request” in the subject line.

In your message, include:

  • your full name,
    order number or purchase reference,
  • date of purchase,
  • a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Certain non-recoverable processing fees may be excluded from the refunded amount where applicable.

We reserve the right to request additional information, limit repeated refund requests, and refuse requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Policy.
